My favorite is Yona from “Yona of the Dawn” or “Akatsuki no Yona” she starts out as a weak person but slowly grows strong. I also named my dog after her haha! Highest compliment right?

I didn’t see that one yet xD but yes, you could not have complimented her in a higher way xD some years ago I named my dog Usui because of the kaichou wa maid Sama! Xp

That is an awesome choice! 😀 I really enjoyed her fighting spirit as well! It only made the series even more heartbreaking myself.
My own favorite animecharacter has been and always shall be The Major from Ghost in the Shell. She is just absolutely amazing. Strong while at the same time struggling with her humanity as well 😀
